Conference Fees

You can register for either the HIMSS Fall Technology Conference or the Nursing Infomatics Conference. Receive a $50 discount off of the combined fees by registering for both.

All attendees must register for the conference. Registration fees include entrance to all educational sessions, keynote sessions, vendor showcase, opening dinner and one copy of the conference materials.

HIMSS CONFERENCE REGISTRATION ONLY

Includes all sessions and food functions.

NURSING INFORMATICS CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Includes all sessions and food functions for the NI conference only.

  • Current or New HIMSS Member: $140.00
  • Non-Member: $190.00
  • Student: $50.00

JOINT HIMSS REGISTRATION & NURSING INFORMATICS REGISTRATION

Includes all sessions and food functions for both conferences.

  • Current or New HIMSS Member: $285.00
  • Non-Member: $435.00

Thursday Night Guest Pass

Tickets for non-conference attendees to attend the Vendor Showcase/Cocktail Reception and Keynote Dinner on Thursday night can be purchased for $65.

Registration Categories

  • Current or New HIMSS member. If you are not currently a member of HIMSS (at either the National or Chapter level) you can join during the conference registration process to qualify for the member discounted rate. For more information about HIMSS, visit www.himss.org.

This conference has been approved by HIMSS for up to 19.8 contact hours of continuing education credit towards renewal of the CPHIMS credential.


Refunds/Substitutions
Conference registration fees, minus a $50 administrative fee, are refundable only if written notice is received by the conference coordinator on or before October 10, 2008. Registrations and cancellations received after October 10, 2008 are non-refundable. You may not reinstate a registration after you cancel it. Substitutions are allowed from same company only and if the registration is of the same status (member or non-member). HIMSS membership fees are not refundable, and they are non-transferable. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 60 days post conference.
